Precast sanitary manholes are used in draining systems for access, observation points, maintenance, and as junctions for multiple pipes. Winchester Precast is VDOT-certified to provide structures for underground utilities in the Commonwealth. Our extended sanitary bases include precast inverts except when omitted by contractors or county specs. Our quotes will include any coating and boots necessary for the sanitary specifications of your project.
